Your property will be marketed online through major property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, helping it reach the widest audience of prospective tenants.
If you do not already have a valid Energy Performance Certificate, this will need to be in place before marketing. You can arrange this yourself or we can take care of it for you, subject to a standard fee. We will also manage viewings on your behalf, keeping the process organised and convenient for you.
Once a suitable tenant has been found, we carry out the necessary due diligence and referencing checks to help ensure everything is in order before the tenancy progresses. Our aim is to take the pressure off you and handle the details carefully, so you can feel confident that your property is being looked after properly.
